Meaghan Rooke is a seasoned professional in total rewards and compensation management, currently serving as Senior Manager, Total Rewards at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario since July 2023. Prior experience at RBC spans nearly a decade, where Meaghan held multiple senior management roles in compensation across Canadian Banking and Capital Markets, along with positions in executive compensation and corporate governance analysis. Meaghan’s background includes a secondment as Program Coordinator for Junior Achievement of Central Ontario, providing support for program operations, and serving as a Teaching Assistant at Wilfrid Laurier University, guiding first-year business students. Meaghan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.
