Roaina Hylton

Roaina Hylton is a seasoned professional in human resources and project management, currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Initiatives at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) since June 2022. Prior experience includes managerial roles at OPTrust, where Roaina held positions as Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Senior Project Manager from February 2015 to May 2022. At RBC, Roaina worked as a Senior Project Manager for Human Resource Effectiveness and Information Technology between January 2010 and January 2015. Roaina also contributed as a PMP Instructor/Consultant at PM Star in early 2012 and held the role of Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Verax from 2006 to 2009. Roaina's career began at Chubb Insurance from 2001 to 2006 as a Development Team Lead. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute.
