Josh Skelton

Joshua Skelton, MBA, CPA, currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Alta while also holding similar roles at InvestorPlace and TradeSmith, LLC since August 2020 and August 2022, respectively. Joshua has an extensive background in finance and operations, having previously worked as Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant at MarketWise Solutions, along with experience as a Senior Auditor at Regions Bank. Military service as a Human Resource Sergeant in the U.S. Army Reserve since 2008 and prior service in the U.S. Army as a Human Resources Specialist from 2004 to 2008 contributes to Joshua's leadership and organizational skills. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Montevallo.
