Yogita Parulekar

Yogita Parulekar is the founder and CEO of Invi Grid Inc. Yogita has also been an LP at Neythri Futures Fund and How Women Invest. Alley, a Verizon-powered accelerator, named their a mentor in their Tech for Good Accelerator in Summer 2020. From January 2019 to December 2020, they were the head of security and IT at Suki, a SaaS service that can be accessed via web or mobile applications. There, they built the security strategy for Suki and incorporated security & privacy by design principles working directly with the CEO and both the product & engineering leaders. Yogita handle all aspects: product security strategy, infrastructure security strategy, corporate security and risk management. Reported risks to the Board. In addition, they also represented company’s security posture to potential customers, reduced sales customer response times thereby supporting growth.

Yogita Parulekar is a venture capitalist, lawyer, and certified public accountant who has a bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai and a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Yogita is also a chartered accountant and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition, they have received certification from the Private Directors Association in Private Company Governance, the Digital Directors Network in Boardroom Ready Qualified Technology Expert (QTE), ISACA in Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
