Ankit Patel

Ankit Patel has a strong background in software quality, with their most recent role as the Director of Software Quality at INVIA Medical Imaging Solutions. Prior to this, they gained experience at Smith & Nephew, where they held various positions including Quality Manager (Software Control), Senior Software Quality Engineer, and Software Quality Engineer (Consultant). In these roles, Ankit was responsible for evaluating and updating product risk analysis documents, managing software quality responsibilities in cross-functional teams, supporting new product development, creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, reviewing and approving software requirements, and developing quality plans.

Ankit Patel pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Physics. Ankit attended Wayne State University from 2008 to 2012. Following their undergraduate studies, Ankit completed a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at Wayne State University, completing the program from 2012 to 2014. Most recently, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2020 to 2022.
