Aline Drucker

Aline Drucker currently serves as General Counsel and Special Counsel to the Vice Chairman of the Board at Invicta Watch Group since February 2017. Aline has held various leadership roles in the Association of Corporate Counsel, including President, Board Member, and Immediate Past President of ACC South Florida. Prior experience includes General Counsel at MM Global Strategies LLC, Partner at Mark L. Fornaris P.A., and Assistant Vice President & Counsel at Deutsche Asset Management. Aline's legal background is further supported by previous positions at renowned firms such as Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton Law Firm, and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Aline holds a JD from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Tufts University, with additional education from the University of Oxford.
