Doug Maynard

Doug Maynard, M.O.M., currently serves as the Director of Security and Games Operations for Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025, a position held since February 2024. With extensive experience as Tactical Adviser-Superintendent in Charge of Critical Incident Program for British Columbia since March 2015, Doug provides critical tactical advice to various partners and commands the province's largest tactical team. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and President at Lions Gate Risk Management Group from June 2017 to February 2024, and Tactical Advisor with the Federal Government of Canada from 2006 to 2015. Doug's background in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police spans over 32 years, focusing on tactical operations and incident response.
