Meghan Walters

Meghan Walters currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025, having joined in July 2023. Prior to this role, Meghan was the People and Culture Manager at Farmboy from August 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included fostering a positive workplace culture, implementing talent management programs, and overseeing various HR functions. Notable experience also includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at both Farmboy and Zaui Software, where Meghan handled employee records, policy development, and training initiatives. Earlier in the career, Meghan worked as a Senior Onboard Host with Rocky Mountaineer, contributing to the enhancement of a new travel route and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Meghan holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from BCIT School of Business + Media and a Bachelor of Tourism Management from Capilano University.
