Rich has been in finances and public service his entire career. He has an extensive background in the government. In the city of Scranton, he was the youngest person ever elected to City Council in Pennsylvania’s history at age 21. Elected as the youngest President of the City Council, at age 25 he was also re-elected unanimously.
Mr. Rossi also served as the city’s Business Administrator and Deputy Mayor where he prepared city budgets, oversaw pensions, administered the cities self-insurance health program and investing taxpayer’s money
Rich also has previous business and financial services experience. He owned and operated a Pennsylvania political and business PR and Advertising agency. In Washington, DC he obtained his securities, life and health licenses. This allowed him to provide financial education seminars to federal employees, public teachers and military personnel to save, invest and properly plan for retirement with pension maximization and tax-free income planning. A career highlight was having the honor of working with the Presidents honor guard, Secretary of Defenses staff at the Pentagon and a few of the crew of Air Force One.
Mr. Rossi is a recruiter, trainer and leader building teams and hierarchies since 1990 and led the number one hierarchy team for a national financial marketing agency the past 16 year. He was lead author of the book: Saving Middle America: Securing Financial Dreams
