Thomas Way

Thomas Way currently serves as the Executive Director of the Miracle League of the Northern Ohio Valley Panhandle, beginning in November 2023. With extensive experience in clinical supervision, Thomas holds a position at ResCare since June 2017, overseeing individual support and behavioral treatment plans. As a Job Facilitator at InVision Human Services since May 2016, Thomas implements vocational programs and ensures compliance with support plans. Additionally, Thomas is the Founding Executive Director of the Urban Frontier Organization, which revitalizes community assets through recreational initiatives. Previous roles include Territory Manager at DGI Supply, Business Development Manager at T-Mobile, and leadership positions in corporate training and marketing. Thomas holds degrees from Delaware University and La Roche University.
