Paul Moore

Paul Moore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul is currently working as a Technical Specialist at Inviso since October 2020. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at Alorica, where they worked as a SAM Data Analyst from July 2017 to October 2020. In this role, they assisted customers with Software Asset Management engagements, deploying tools, consolidating data, and creating Effective License Position spreadsheets. Paul also presented findings to customers and helped them understand their software deployment and Volume Licensing.

Before joining Alorica, Paul worked at Alorica (EGS) as a Renewal Account Manager from July 2016 to June 2017. Here, they were responsible for initiating business conversations with government organizations, understanding their software licensing needs, and ensuring timely renewal of their Microsoft Enterprise Agreements. Paul also served as a Premier Services Executive for a brief period in 2016, where they acted as a point of contact for Premier Support customers and generated leads for service lines.

Prior to their time at Alorica, Paul worked at APAC Customer Services as a State and Local Government Account Manager for Microsoft from August 2014 to March 2016. Here, they served as the main contact for Microsoft within the South Central Region of the U.S., providing assistance with licensing questions and pricing information.

Early in their career, Paul worked at Northport Hornbachers as an Overnight Manager from August 2010 to August 2014 and at Hegenes Apartment Management as a Landscape Designer from June 2005 to August 2008.

Paul Moore attended North Dakota State University from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Architecture. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Movere IO & Licensing Certification, Sales Certification, and Technical Certification from Movere l Unified Logic in February 2018. In March 2016, they obtained the Microsoft Licensing Solutions Expert LORG certification, the Microsoft Licensing Solutions Expert SMB certification, the Microsoft Licensing Solutions Specialist LORG certification, the Microsoft Licensing Solutions Specialist Lite certification, and the Microsoft Licensing Solutions Specialist SMB certification, all from Microsoft.
