Dan Aagaard

Dan Aagaard's work experience includes positions at various companies. Dan currently serves as the Director of People at Invisory, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Lead Recruiter at Timescale from 2021 to 2023, where they played a key role in scaling global teams and doubling the headcount. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Sr Technical Recruiter at C.H. Robinson, managing full cycle recruiting efforts and implementing DEI best practices. Before that, they were a Sr Technical Recruiter at Cray Inc. from 2018 to 2020, attracting top talent and maintaining strong relationships with hiring leaders. Dan also held various roles at Robert Half Technology from 2011 to 2018, including Lead Technical Recruiter and Recruiting Manager. Dan started their career as a Logistics Broker at Access America Transport from 2009 to 2011.

Dan Aagaard received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of North Dakota, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Prior to university, Dan attended Edina High School.
