Richie Frias

Richie Frias has worked in a variety of roles in the automotive industry since 2013. Richie began their career at Manheim/Cox Automotive as a Sales and Product Intelligence Manager in 2013. Richie then moved on to Flexdrive, a Cox Automotive Company, where they held the positions of Business Development Manager, Procurement, and Fleet Operations and Dealer Principal, Flexdrive Dealership Operations from 2014-2018. In 2018, they worked as an Operations Manager at Porsche Cars North America and as an Alpha Team Member- Audi Brand Ambassador at Audi South Atlanta. From 2017-2019, they were the Founder/CEO of Patria-Solutions (SDVOSB), a division of Frias Enterprises LLC. In 2021, they became Co-Chief Executive Officer of Bespoke Botanicals and in 2019 they were a Federal Account Manager (Veterans Affairs) - Drug Diversion Detection at Invistics.

Richie Frias obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 1993 and continued their studies there until 2006. Richie then attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2000 to 2005, where they earned an Associates in Healthcare Management. In 2008, they completed their Bachelor's in Business Management from American Sentinel College and, most recently, obtained an Organizational Leadership degree from the University of Georgia - Institute for Leadership Advancement in 2019. In addition, Frias holds a PMLG's Certified Project Manager certification from PMI, which they obtained in February 2018.
