Andy Wong

Andy Wong has a solid work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Engineering at Invite Education since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Edmit Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer from September 2019 to February 2022, where they built features and solutions for their application and collaborated with the Engineering team.

Before joining Edmit Solutions, Andy worked at Cogo Labs as a Senior Web Engineer from May 2017 to March 2019, where they built tools and software, provided code review, and mentored a diverse team. Andy also served as a Web Engineer at Cogo Labs from November 2014 to May 2017, creating and maintaining various web applications using Python and JavaScript.

Andy's journey in web development started at Launch Academy, Inc in August 2014 as a Ruby on Rails Apprentice, where they learned the fundamentals of web development and created multiple projects. Prior to that, they gained experience at Panera Bread as an Associate Trainer, excelling in training and managing associates.

In 2012, Andy briefly worked as a Lead Concept Artist at Smash Affect Studios, showcasing their artistic skills. Andy started their career at Tufts Health Plan in December 2008 as a Provider Services Specialist, assisting providers with inquiries and achieving high call quality scores.
