Jessica Kuen

Jessica Kuen is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and design management. Currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at Invoca since May 2021, Jessica previously held the position of Design Manager at DialogTech from June 2017 to May 2021. Jessica's career began at Seidler Bernstein as a Creative Intern and later expanded at The Caliber Group as a Designer & Interactive Specialist. Additionally, Jessica contributed as a Web Designer at Boston University, Metropolitan College & Extended Education while pursuing a B.S. in Communication from Boston University, which was completed in 2011.
