Diego Jiménez Lacave

Diego Jiménez is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and editorial roles. Currently serving as Operations Governance Manager at PayRetailers since June 2021, Diego has held multiple positions within the company, including Payments Operations Manager and Claims Team Lead. Prior to joining PayRetailers, Diego worked at Webhelp as a Technical Support Agent and at Grupo Nación in various editorial roles, including Asistente editorial and Periodista. Additionally, Diego's managerial experience includes serving as Gerente at Librería Buhólica. Diego holds a degree in Journalism from Universidad Internacional de las Américas and has pursued Spanish Philology at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
