Suki Sandhu OBE

Suki Sandhu OBE has a wealth of experience in executive search and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Suki is the Founder and CEO of INvolve, a motherbrand that oversees three diversity and membership initiatives: OUTstanding, EMpower, and HERoes. Suki launched INvolve in 2018 after successfully running OUTstanding since 2013 and founding EMpower in 2016. These initiatives aim to create change and shift perceptions about the role of LGBT people and ethnic minorities in business.

Prior to INvolve, Suki founded and served as CEO of Audeliss, an executive search firm focused on leveling the playing field for diverse leaders. Their experience also includes being the Founder and CEO of OUTstanding, which is now part of INvolve.

Before establishing their own ventures, Suki worked as a Partner at Green Park Interim and Executive Resourcing. Suki also gained experience as a Managing Consultant at Michael Page. In 2010, Suki took a sabbatical, living and working in Berlin.

Throughout their career, Suki Sandhu OBE has been dedicated to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality in the corporate world.

Suki Sandhu OBE pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.
