Vinuckshie Ashokkumar is a multifaceted professional currently serving as Manager of the People & Culture Office and Digital Transformation Specialist at INVORG, where responsibilities include overseeing administrative, finance, and people-related functions across the organization’s locations in Canada, the USA, and Sri Lanka. Previous roles include Entrepreneur at Happy Bites and Assistant Pastry Chef at Tamarind Gardens Farm & Homestay. At Legacy Health LLC, Vinuckshie held various positions, culminating in Team Lead, overseeing a team of ten and implementing strategies for success. Vinuckshie is pursuing studies in Human Resource Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, holds a Strategic Level Certification from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka, and has completed a Certificate in Pastry & Bakery at the Swiss Lanka Hotel School.
