Raffaella Capuzzi

Raffaella Capuzzi has extensive work experience in compensation and benefits management and human resources consulting. Raffaella is currently the Head of Compensation & Governance at INWIT S.p.A. Prior to this, they held roles as the Head of Comp&Ben, Performance and Planning, and Group Compensation & Benefits Manager at TINEXTA S.P.A. Raffaella also served as the Compensation & Benefits Manager at Birra Peroni - Asahi and Compensation/Benefit & Organization Manager at ALD Automotive. Raffaella started their career as an HR Consultant at Towers Watson and Watson Wyatt.

From 2000 to 2006, Raffaella Capuzzi attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where they studied Economics.
