Cristal Salas

Cristal Salas, LCSW, currently serves as a Social Worker at Inwood Academy for Leadership Charter School since August 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Psychotherapist at Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services from March 2018 to June 2021, where Cristal managed a caseload of 65 clients and provided individual and family psychotherapy while conducting intake assessments and crisis intervention. Additional roles include Field Instructor supervising MSW interns, Social Work Intern at ICL and NYC Health + Hospitals Gouverneur, and crisis intervention at Response Crisis Center. Cristal holds a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Stony Brook University.
