Natalee Johnston

Natalee Johnston, PMP, has a strong background in software implementation and pre-sales engineering, currently serving as a Pre-Sales Engineer/Senior Implementation Consultant at INX Software since September 2020. In this role, Natalee leverages product expertise to provide clients with tailored solutions, conducts discovery workshops, and manages end-to-end customer relationships to ensure successful project outcomes. Prior experience as a Senior Consultant at Intelex Technologies Inc. involved leading multiple client implementation projects, while earlier roles included serving as a Software Implementation Specialist at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where Natalee managed software installations and ensured client satisfaction. Natalee also has teaching experience from a position at Busan Global Village, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services from Wilfrid Laurier University as well as additional education from Fanshawe College.
