Ric Gauci

Ric Gauci is an experienced Learning Solutions Manager at INX Software, where since April 2012, management of a team of L&D specialists has focused on developing engaging online and face-to-face training programs for staff and clients, while providing support for INX clients using the INX InTuition - Moodle integration. As a Training Consultant and eLearning Specialist, Ric has created and maintained customizable instructional design templates and developed interactive eLearning content. As the Owner/Director of Ric Gauci, a sole trader business established in July 2021, the focus is on e-learning course design and development, converting face-to-face training into engaging online courses. Past experience includes roles at RAC WA, serving as Learning & Development Manager and CRM Business Implementation/Training Manager, and various positions at HBF, where Ric coordinated CRM training and developed training strategies for MRM implementation.
