Shana Zotti is an experienced Product Owner currently working at INX Software since August 2021, where focus lies on environment, health, and safety solutions, particularly in training and competency management through the Sitepass platform. Prior to this role, Shana held various positions as a Business Analyst at Kineo, essDocs, and Eka Software Solutions, contributing to projects that enhance workplace learning, paperless trade solutions, and commodities inventory management. Shana's professional journey includes experience as a Software Test Analyst and Sales Advisor, complemented by internships in engineering and project execution. Shana holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management & Sustainability from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tenaga Nasional, Malaysia.
