Joel Cheng

Joel Cheng is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in technical support and DevOps roles. Currently serving as a DevOps Engineer and Second Line Technical Support at Inyett AB since February 2018, Joel has previously held key positions such as Programansvarig at Quadriga AB, where responsibilities included managing the EuroShop cash register system and facilitating communication between end customers and development teams. Joel also worked at Dell from August 2008 to October 2013, progressing from a Support Professional role, providing technical assistance for Dell products, to a Dispatcher position, overseeing support ticket management.
