Arivuvel Ramu has a diverse work experience in the technology and banking industry. Arivuvel is currently the Founder and CEO of inypay, a digital platform focused on providing personalized financial experiences and digital-only products and services to underserved populations in Southeast Asia. Prior to this, they served as the Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and CIO at tonik, a transformative digital bank aiming to revolutionize the financial industry. Arivuvel also worked as an IT Director for Capgemini, where they led the digital transformation program for a leading telco and managed a team of architects, engineers, cloud experts, and DevOps professionals. Arivuvel was also involved in implementing headless architecture and building corporate and e-commerce portals using various technologies.

Before joining Capgemini, Arivuvel held multiple roles at Tagit Pte Ltd, including Associate Director of Products and Solutions sales, Enterprise Architect for Digital Banking Transformation, Senior Solutions Architect, and Solutions Architect. During this time, they worked with various banking customers and government organizations in Asia, specializing in digital consulting, transformation, and sales.

Arivuvel also gained experience at GalaxE Solutions, Flextronics, Sapient, IBM, and AVAYA GlobalConnect, where they held positions as an architect, developer, and engineer. Arivuvel acquired skills in areas such as service-oriented architecture (SOA), telecom technology, and software development.
