Xavier Castell Castells

Xavier Castell Castells is a seasoned technology expert with extensive experience in automation and information technologies. As Technology Director at AIRTIFICIAL since October 2021, Xavier provides strategic vision and management for systems and digitalization initiatives. Previously, Xavier served as Global Automation & Installation Manager at Airtificial Intelligent Robots and held leadership roles in automation engineering at Mapro Sistemas de Ensayo, S.A., where project definition and implementation were key responsibilities. Xavier's early career included positions at F.EE GmbH as a Controls Engineer, at IRI where C++ programming for image processing was performed, and at UPC School, focusing on quality control systems. Xavier holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and completed the Program for Management Development at IESE Business School in 2023.
