Rupert Hoecherl

Rupert Hoecherl is an experienced professional in supply chain management and market expansion, currently serving as President and Partner at io since January 2013. In April 2024, Rupert joined USA Expansion Experts as a Member, focusing on advisory services for US market entry and expansion, including supply chain design and factory layout. Previously, Rupert worked as a Senior Consultant at i+o Industry Planning + Organization from 2008 to December 2012, managing logistics projects related to warehouses and distribution centers. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Engineer at WSP Group, contributing to the Liverpool redevelopment project from 2004 to 2005. Rupert holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, obtained between 2001 and 2007, and attended the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras in 2007.
