Shawn Webb

Shawn Webb is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently, Shawn serves as a Senior Security Consultant at IOActive, Inc. since January 2023. As President and Co-founder of the HardenedBSD Foundation Corp since September 2018, Shawn leads a tax-exempt nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing security technologies. Additionally, Shawn holds positions as an Advisory Board Member at Emerald Onion and has co-founded HardenedBSD, acting as a Security Engineer and Software Developer while implementing significant advancements like Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR). Previous roles include Senior Security Engineer at BlackhawkNest and G2, Inc., where Shawn pioneered secure infrastructure solutions.
