Morsi BEN AYED

Morsi BEN AYED has predominantly worked at iObeya, starting in 2011. At iObeya, they began as an R&D Engineer, responsible for developing Flex components using AngularJS, HTML5 Canvas, and SVG. In September 2020, they transitioned to the role of Software Engineering Manager. In their current position, their main responsibilities include ensuring the engineering team's achievements with recommended quality, managing team activity and backlog prioritization, overseeing technical and human management of the engineering team, participating in the team's recruitment and onboarding processes, occasionally participating in the team's achievements, and facilitating communication between their engineering team and other teams. Prior to iObeya, Morsi worked as a Research Assistant at the Emerging Radio Systems Research Group EmRG from February 2009 to May 2010. In that role, they focused on modeling the radio chain's front end and linearization of RF power amplifiers.
