Sebastian Alvarez

Sebastian Alvarez is a Semi-Senior Software Engineer at ioet since April 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing user experience and performance for the Pair Eyewear web application. Previously, Sebastian served as a Junior Software Engineer, leading the development of an internal payroll system. An early career as an Information Technology Intern provided essential skills for industry success. In addition to current work, Sebastian is an Organizer for GDG Quito, coordinating innovative technology events. Earlier experience includes leading a WordPress development team at ProwessEC and working as an AI Developer at the Military Applications Research Center. Sebastian holds a degree in Software Engineering from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE.
