Kathleen Chaon has worked in the sales and account management industry since 1995. Kathleen began their career at Ingram Micro as a Market Development Manager, responsible for managing $40M in annual revenues for 40+ partners in the Western US. In 2006, they moved to Avnet as an Account Development Manager, responsible for $51M in annual revenues for 60+ business partners in the Western US. In 2008, they became a Sr. Area Sales Executive at Pitney Bowes, providing overall sales leadership in an assigned territory and meeting and exceeding targeted revenue goals. In 2011, they moved to EnGenius Technologies as a Distribution Account Manager, managing the growth and development of key Channel Distribution partners. Finally, in 2014, they moved to IOGEAR as a Sales Account Manager, managing the growth and success of key Channel Distribution partners and building and developing new customer and incremental business opportunities.
Kathleen Chaon attended Orange Coast College from 1987 to 1989, where they earned an Associates Arts degree. Kathleen then went on to Pepperdine University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science Management in Business Management. In 2018, they attended Vanguard University of Southern California and obtained a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential in Education.
