Currently serving as the Director of People & Organisation and a Management Board Member at ioki, Tanja Wiesenthal has played a pivotal role in the company's growth from a start-up to a scale-up by enhancing People Services, workplace culture, and organizational agility. Prior to this, Tanja Wiesenthal held several leadership positions at SAP, including Head of Application Management Entitlements & Export Control and Head of Digital Learning Operations, where Tanja Wiesenthal was instrumental in managing global applications and setting industry standards for digital learning.
