Ozana Olujić

Ozana Olujić has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ozana is currently working at iOLAP as the Head of Human Resources since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at iOLAP starting from January 2020. Ozana also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at iOLAP from July 2018 to December 2019.

Before joining iOLAP, Ozana worked as an HR Intern at EY from November 2016 to July 2017. Ozana also gained experience as an HR Assistant at Atlantic Grupa from October 2015 to February 2016 and as a Human Resources Assistant at UniCredit from April 2015 to October 2015.

Ozana's earlier experience includes working as a Communication Executive at MPG Zagreb from April 2014 to March 2015.

Ozana Olujić obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb from 2013 to 2018. In 2016, they also pursued a Master's degree in Psychology at Ulm University.

Prior to their Master's degrees, Ozana completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb, studying from 2010 to 2013.

In 2008 and 2009, Ozana attended Govornička škola "Ivo Škarić" where they studied Politics, Sociology, Philosophy, and Communication. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree during this period.

As for additional certifications, Ozana obtained a certification as a Human Resources Manager from Learning by Doing in September 2021.
