Malika Bounaira

Malika Bounaira has a wealth of experience in international sales and marketing. Malika began their career in 1997 as the Director of Sales for Asia and Latin America at Quarterdeck, Inc. In 1998, they co-founded Access International, Inc, where they directed Europe, Asia, and Australia sales and marketing operations. Malika also had additional responsibilities in Mexico and regional markets throughout Latin America. From 2000 to 2008, they held the role of Director of International Sales at IMC - Encore and IMC - iolo technologies, LLC. In 2014, they founded Richdale Ventures LLC, a global sales consulting agency headquartered in Los Angeles, California. As founding partner, they were responsible for developing and implementing global sales strategies to achieve competitive advantage and increase market share in target countries.

Malika Bounaira attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs. Malika then attended Tufts University from 1992 to 1993, but did not receive a degree.
