Victoria J. Gaffney, PMP has over 18 years of experience in finance, accounting, and project management. Victoria J. began their career in 2001 as an IT Project Manager for Accenture, LLP. In 2004, they joined General Dynamics as a Principal Specialist-Finance, where they provided in-depth financial analysis and recommendations for business process improvement, performed monthly accounting close activities, managed budgets for programs in a major Line of Business, and led the Training and Communications Team for Oracle implementation. From 2006 to 2008, Gaffney was a Strategy Manager at CVP (Customer Value Partners) and a Sales Associate at Aflac. In 2010, they became a Director of Financial Management at TIAG® where they managed all contracts, invoicing, project reporting, and led the implementation and became Admin/POC for Cost Accounting System and Time and Expense systems. Gaffney then joined Accenture as a Management Consulting Manager in 2013, where they managed integrated Accenture/client teams in assessing federal government agencies financial management information, program and financial data, cost accounting processes, methods, and standards, and internal controls. In 2018, they became a Senior Manager at MorganFranklin Consulting, and in 2019, they were appointed Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at IOMAXIS.

Victoria J. Gaffney, PMP, completed their high school education at The Lawrenceville School in 1997, earning a H.S. degree. Victoria J. then attended Tulane University in 1997-1998, before transferring to William & Mary where they earned a BA in Government in 2001. In 2010, they obtained a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.org.
