Derek Diperna

Derek DiPerna has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Derek currently holds the position of Head of Global Sales, Commodities at ION since March 2020. Prior to this, they served as an Advisor to the Board and COO at RelationalAI starting from February 2019. Derek has also been a Member of the Board of Advisors at The Mosfet Group since January 2019. In the past, they held the role of Member of the Board of Directors at Dynamic Imaging Systems, Inc. since December 2013. Derek has also worked at Symphony.com as the Global Head of Sales, Partners, Support from July 2016 to December 2018. Prior to that, they were President and Board of Directors of W2BI, later acquired by Advantest Group in October 2011, where they continued to serve until July 2016. Before their role at Advantest Group, Derek held various positions at Microsoft from November 2002 to October 2011, including General Manager, Senior Director, and Director roles within the Communications Sector. Derek started their career at Verizon Wireless as a Member of Technical Staff II and worked there until 2000. Additionally, Derek has experience working at AirClic and Portable Internet, Inc. as a Technology Sales Specialist and Wireless Internet Software Architect, respectively.

Derek DiPerna attended Lehigh University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
