Margot Sweeney

Margot Sweeney has extensive work experience in the legal field. Margot currently holds the position of Vice President, Legal at The E.W. Scripps Company since January 2021 and previously served as Vice President, Legal at ION Media Networks starting from April 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at Clifford Chance US LLP from June 2011 until March 2015.

Margot Sweeney obtained a B.A. in American Studies and History of Art from Cornell University in the years 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a J.D. degree at Cornell Law School, completing their education in the years 2007 to 2010.
