Arjun Balasubramaniam

Arjun Balasubramaniam's work experience includes positions at various companies in different industries. Arjun is currently a Product Manager at ION Mobility, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Management Specialist at Bridgestone Asia Pacific from March 2020 to January 2023. Arjun also served as a Product Specialist at Wearnes Automotive Pte. Ltd. from July 2018 to October 2019. Before that, they worked as an R&D Engineer at Shimano (Singapore) Pte Ltd from August 2017 to June 2018. Arjun also has experience in leadership roles at the National University of Singapore Formula SAE Team, where they served as Vice Team Leader/Vehicle Dynamics and Suspension Leader from May 2016 to May 2017, Business and Marketing Leader from May 2015 to May 2017, and Suspension Design from June 2014 to May 2016. Arjun started their career as a Teaching Intern at the Ministry of Education, Singapore from January 2013 to March 2013 and also served as an Infantry Sergeant in the Singapore Armed Forces from February 2011 to December 2012.

Arjun Balasubramaniam completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued their Junior College education at Raffles Institution, specializing in Science from 2009 to 2010. Arjun also holds additional certifications, including being a Certified SolidWorks Professional, obtained from DS SolidWorks Corporation in October 2016, and a Certified SolidWorks Associate, obtained in October 2015, from the same institution.
