Jack Howell

Jack Howell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate, project financing, and water optimization. Currently a Founding Partner at ION Water since January 2014, Jack specializes in developing a smart water efficiency and data platform tailored for various housing types, notably in the LIHTC sector. Previous roles include serving as President of Acquisitions, Underwriting, and Development at Equity Commercial Assets, where Jack focused on matching investment opportunities with real estate investors, as well as a Business Development Specialist at FADRS, where innovative smart grid technologies were implemented to enhance demand response participation. Jack has also held key positions at Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, PRG Investments, Evoearth, BidBridge, and owned Premier Health and Fitness Clubs. Jack holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky.
