Matthew Williams

Matthew Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Matthew is the Founder & CEO of IONATE since September 2019. Additionally, they are a Global ESG Alliance Fellow at illuminem since August 2022. Between January and December 2019, they worked as a Governing Board Member at LF Energy. From May 2015 to August 2019, Matthew was the Founder & Inventor at The Faraday Grid. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director at Exigen Pty Ltd from July 2013 to 2017. Before that, they held various roles at Systems Reality Pty Ltd, including General Manager, Project Manager, and Control System Engineer, from 2008 to 2013. Matthew's career started in 2006 as an Electrical and Control Systems Engineer at SunWater.

Matthew Williams attended The University of Queensland from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
