Dhinakar P. has an extensive professional background in the field of professional services and project management. Dhinakar started their career in 2016 as a Technical Account Manager and eCommerce Platform Manager at Crossover for Work, where they successfully implemented eCommerce delivery teams and established project management methodologies and delivery processes for high-profile clients. Dhinakar later took on the role of Director of Professional Services, mobilizing teams and applying SCRUM, Kanban, and Lean methodologies to deliver platinum support and professional services.

In 2019, Dhinakar served as the Director of Professional Services at multiple companies including MyAlerts Inc., DNN Corp., SLI Systems, Bizness Apps, and Sococo. During this time, they focused on helping clients succeed with various products, integrating legacy professional services functions, writing playbooks, and improving process efficiencies.

In 2020, Dhinakar joined Avolin as the Director of Professional Services and Managed Services, where they worked in providing professional services and managing customer success. Dhinakar remained in this role until January 2021.

In 2021, Dhinakar took on the position of Vice President of Professional Services at Ionic Partners. In this role, they aimed to facilitate customers' life cycles and journeys with the company's products, utilizing a combination of methodologies and coordinating efforts across different teams and departments.

Dhinakar P. has a strong educational background in the field of Information Technology and Project Management. Dhinakar obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, with a duration of study from 1995 to 1999. Following this, Dhinakar pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Information Technology Project Management from Anna University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Dhinakar has also obtained various certifications to enhance their expertise.
