Lydia P

Lydia P has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lydia started their career at NEXT Consultant in 2002 as a Recruitment Executive and then moved on to Greynium Information Technologies as a Senior Recruiter in 2003. In 2006, they joined IonIdea as an Assistant Manager in Recruitment and worked there until 2012. During this time, they also briefly worked at Mu Sigma Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd as an Associate Manager in 2012. In 2013, Lydia joined IonIdea again, this time as a Manager of Talent Acquisition, and they are currently in this role.

Lydia P completed their secondary education in the year 2002 from Bangalore University, where they pursued a degree in B COM from Mount Carmel College. Later, they enrolled at Pondicherry University to pursue a Master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) with an unspecified start and end year.
