Brett P. Monia

Brett P. Monia is the CEO of Ionis Pharmaceuticals, where they have been since January 1988. Brett received their postdoctoral fellowship at SmithKline & French Laboratories in December 1989.

Brett P. Monia began their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Stockton State College. Brett then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the same school. Finally, they obtained their PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Pennsylvania.
