Chris Kramer

Chris Kramer currently serves as the Vice President of Portfolio Planning & Market Insights at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since November 2020, having previously held the role of Executive Director in the same department. Additionally, Chris has contributed to the Boston Red Sox since September 2011 in an outreach capacity. From January 2019 to November 2020, Chris was the Executive Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Akcea Therapeutics, and prior to that, served in various roles at Simon-Kucher & Partners from February 2012 to January 2019, including Director and Engagement Manager, focusing on corporate strategy, pricing, marketing, and sales consulting. Chris began a career in consulting as a Consultant at Simon-Kucher, achieving multiple promotions. Chris holds both a BA and an MA in Economics from Boston University.
