Montserrat Vera-Llonch is an experienced executive in the field of health economics and outcomes research, currently serving as Executive Director at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., since July 2019, where the focus includes global health economics, outcomes research, new products planning, and strategy. Prior to this role, Montserrat held positions as Senior Director at Akcea Therapeutics/Ionis and at Shire, where responsibilities included leadership in global outcomes research and epidemiology for rare metabolic diseases.
