Samuel Abariga, MD, MS, MPH, DTMH, serves as the Medical Director of Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Previously, Samuel held the position of Senior Epidemiologist at International Consulting Associates, Inc., and worked as an Epidemiologist at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Additionally, Samuel contributed as a Methodologist at Cochrane and as a Pharmacoepidemiologist at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, bringing extensive experience in epidemiology and drug safety to the field.
