Shannon Devers

Shannon Devers is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Since February 2001, Shannon has held progressively responsible roles at Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where leadership is provided to a team of seven professionals and support is offered to around 530 employees. Prior to Ionis, Shannon worked at Target, focusing on HR training and development across various regions, and held HR roles at Nike and PepsiCo's Taco Bell Division, gaining expertise in staffing, employee relations, and organizational development. Shannon holds an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing from the University of Florida and a BS in Marketing from UCF College of Business.
