Tomo Raic

Tomo Raic has a strong background in human resources and has held various positions in the field. Tomo is currently the Head of HR Business Partnering Germany at IONOS. Prior to this, they served as the Personalleiter/Lead People & Organization at Zalando Logistics Süd SE & Co. KG. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at HYDRO Systems KG. Tomo also took a parental leave from 2018 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Country Cluster HR Manager at BASF Hungária Kft., Department Head HR Development at Wintershall - Shaping the future, Specialist HR Strategy at BASF, and Analyst at Towers Watson. Tomo has extensive experience in HR strategy development, talent management, compensation, and board services.

Tomo Raic earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Regensburg between 1995 and 2005. Additionally, they pursued studies at The University of Edinburgh in 1997 and 1998, specializing in Finanzwesen, allgemein, as part of the Erasmus program.
