Stephan Enzone has a strong background in RF engineering and has held various positions throughout their career. Stephan began working as an RF Design Engineer at Boeing Satellite Systems in 2001 and subsequently held roles at RF Code, Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, and Raytheon. In 2005, they became a Senior RF Design Engineer at Raytheon and worked there until 2007, when they joined Honeywell Aerospace as a Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in RF/Microwave technology. Stephan worked at Honeywell Aerospace for six years before moving to Freescale Semiconductor as an RF Applications Engineer. Stephan then joined Qorvo, Inc. in 2015 in a similar capacity. In 2016, Stephan returned to Raytheon as a Senior Level RF Designer, focusing on designing a Ka band radio front end on a 1" PCB. Stephan worked on this project until 2017, when they became a Senior RF Design Consultant at SME. During their time at SME, Stephan provided technical leadership in de-risking design flow for clients. In 2019, they joined IonQ as a Senior Lead RF Engineer, responsible for leading the design, simulation, characterization, and testing of RF hardware for optical signal processing modules. This work directly supports the development of IonQ's trapped atomic ion technology and its applications in quantum computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, material science, and pharmaceuticals.
Stephan Enzone completed their bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Boston University. Stephan attended the university from 1988 to 1992. Further educational details, such as the starting and ending years, degree name, and field of study, are not available for their time at Jesuit Dallas.
