Sivakumar Thiyagarajan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and service management across various leadership roles. Currently serving as SVP of CX Transformation at iOPEX Technologies since July 2023, Sivakumar previously held key positions, including SVP of Strategic Alliances at Microland Limited for a decade, and roles at iOPEX Technologies, e4e, Jamcracker, and Wipro. With a strong foundation in technical support services, infrastructure management, and cloud services, Sivakumar has a proven track record in establishing and managing professional services practices and driving strategic initiatives. Sivakumar holds a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from the Madras Institute of Technology.
